By accessing or completing our Retirement Readiness Quiz ("RRQ"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

Vettra provides an educational quiz funnel that helps consumers assess their retirement preparedness. Based on your responses, our platform generates informational reports and matches you with an independently licensed financial advisor in your state. Our services include:

• An interactive quiz experience that assesses your retirement readiness and financial blind spots.
• Automated report generation with scores, analyses, and educational insights.
• Advisor matching based on your geographic location and financial profile.
• Phone verification to protect your identity and confirm your contact information.
• Optional meeting scheduling with your matched financial advisor.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and a resident of the United States to use our quiz funnel. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.

We do not provide financial advice, investment recommendations, tax guidance, legal counsel, or insurance advice of any kind.

The quiz, scores, reports, analyses, charts, projections, and AI-generated content provided through our platform are STRICTLY FOR EDUCATIONAL AND INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES. They are generated by automated algorithms and artificial intelligence based on the information you provide, and should not be relied upon as the basis for any financial decision.

The reports may contain simplified projections, estimates, or scenarios. These are illustrative only and are not guarantees of future results. Actual financial outcomes depend on many factors not captured by our quiz.

You should consult with a qualified, licensed financial professional before making any financial decisions. If you are matched with a financial advisor through our platform, any advice they provide is their own, not ours.

5. Advisor Matching

Our platform matches you with an independently licensed financial advisor based on your state of residence and quiz responses. By submitting your contact information through our opt-in form, you consent to being connected with a matched advisor who will receive your contact details, quiz responses, and generated reports.

We do not guarantee any specific outcomes from your interaction with a matched advisor. Financial advisors matched through our platform are independent professionals who are not employed, supervised, or controlled by Dual Marketing Inc. We make reasonable efforts to verify that advisors on our platform hold valid licenses, but we do not guarantee the quality, accuracy, or suitability of any advice they provide.

If you have concerns about a matched advisor's conduct, please contact us atmichael@vettraverified.com. We take advisor quality seriously and may remove advisors from our platform who do not meet our standards.

6. Your Obligations

By using our quiz funnel, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information in your quiz responses and contact details.
• Use the quiz funnel for its intended purpose of personal retirement readiness assessment.
• Not submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
• Not attempt to manipulate, reverse-engineer, or interfere with our platform's functionality.
• Not use automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with our quiz funnel.
• Not use our platform for any unlawful purpose.

7. Text Message Terms

By providing your phone number and checking the consent checkbox, you consent to receive text messages as described in ourPrivacy Policy, including a verification code, appointment reminders, and follow-up communications from your matched advisor.

• Message frequency varies; up to 10 messages per advisor match.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for assistance.
• Text message consent is not required to complete the quiz or receive reports.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on our platform, including quiz questions, report templates, scoring algorithms, website design, logos, trademarks, and text, is the exclusive property of Dual Marketing Inc and is protected by U.S. intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or publicly display any of our content without our prior written consent.

Your quiz reports are generated for your personal, non-commercial use. You may share your own reports but may not reproduce them for commercial purposes.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, DUAL MARKETING INC, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OUR QUIZ FUNNEL, REGARDLESS OF THE THEORY OF LIABILITY.

WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, OUR TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO OUR SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100.00).

We are not liable for any financial losses, investment losses, or adverse outcomes resulting from: (a) decisions you make based on quiz reports or educational content provided through our platform; (b) advice, recommendations, or services provided by any financial advisor matched through our platform; (c) errors or inaccuracies in quiz scoring algorithms or AI-generated content; or (d) unauthorized access to your personal information due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

OUR QUIZ FUNNEL AND ALL ASSOCIATED CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY. WE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that: (a) our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure; (b) quiz scores or reports will be accurate or complete; (c) any advisor match will result in a satisfactory advisory relationship; or (d) our platform will meet your specific requirements or expectations.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Dual Marketing Inc, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of our quiz funnel; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) any information you provide through our platform; or (d) your interaction with any matched financial advisor.

12. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall first be attempted to be resolved through informal negotiation by contacting us atmichael@vettraverified.com. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, it shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association in accordance with its Consumer Arbitration Rules.

Arbitration shall take place in Jackson County, Missouri, or at a location mutually agreed upon. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction.

YOU AGREE THAT ANY DISPUTE RESOLUTION PROCEEDINGS WILL BE CONDUCTED ONLY ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS AND NOT IN A CLASS, CONSOLIDATED, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action not subject to arbitration shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Jackson County, Missouri.

14. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. The updated version will be indicated by the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of our quiz funnel after any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
